Im losing to a rug
Lately I feel like I’ve been really busy, and I know starting today it is going to get worse. That isn’t a bad thing necessarily, it’s just a fact. Today my class started. It went really well for a first class I guess. I studied last night so I understood everything we talked about. I like going to class prepared. It was nice to go in with my new mechanical pencils and binder with my syllabus all printed out. I felt like a college kid again, and I know this class will be fun for me. I didn’t know this until today, but my teacher is in pediatrics and worked with kids with developmental disabilites. She references things like cerebral palsy and down syndrome a lot, and for some reason I never noticed that last year… either that or I didn’t care. I feel like my semester at work will really help me in school. I can really see the purpose in all the things I learn about now.
